随着我国经济快速发展,城市化的进程也不断加快。在这种背景下,许多城市的商业中心区、历史街区的取舍与共存的矛盾日益突出,其中盐城市儒学街区就是一个典型。笔者通过对儒学街区的实地调研,以儒学街区的历史文化建筑与周边环境关系为例,阐述了在实现城市现代化的前提条件下如何保护和开发利用历史文化建筑,分析了两者在城市发展过程中的相互关系,以及历史街区对社会诸多方面的影响及其存在的必要性;最后根据儒学街区环境状况和商业状况较差的原因,提出了治理和建设的建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the process of urbanization is also accelerating. Against this background, the contradiction between trade-offs and coexistence of commercial districts and historic blocks in many cities has become increasingly prominent. Among them, the Confucianism in Yancheng is a typical example. Based on the field investigation of Confucianism and the relationship between the historical and cultural buildings in the Confucian school district and the surrounding environment, the author expounds how to protect and develop the historical and cultural buildings under the premise of urban modernization and analyzes the differences between the two in urban development And the necessity of its existence in many aspects of society. Finally, according to the reasons of poor environmental conditions and commercial conditions in Confucianism, this paper puts forward suggestions on governance and construction.
