第一章通则第一条本办法依照私营企业暂行条例(以下简称条例)第三十一条的规定制定之。第二条私营企业(以下简称企业)依照条例第十一条的规定申请核准营业时,应备具申请书,敍明发起缘由,集资方法,所营业务的种类和范围,必要时并应检附营业计划书及其附件。主管业务机关核准营业时,得规定其完成设立期限;逾期未能完成设立而并无正当理由者,主管业务机关得撤销其核准
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the Provisional Regulations on Private Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
