改革开放以来,民营经济迅猛发展,而作为其主要的组织形式,家族企业得以如鱼得水。家族企业是一种重要的社会经济现象,在我国经济发展之中发挥着重大的作用,但是其也面临着愈加严重的问题:产权不清晰,人才匮乏,资金瓶颈,企业文化的迷失。因此,如何引导家族企业的发展,使之融入现代市场经济的大潮之中,成为我国经济健康发展必须面对的重要问题。
Since the reform and opening up, the private economy has developed rapidly, and as its main form of organization, family-owned enterprises have been able to get along. Family business is an important social and economic phenomenon. It plays an important role in China’s economic development, but it also faces increasingly serious problems: lack of clear property rights, lack of talent, capital bottlenecks, and the loss of corporate culture. Therefore, how to guide the development of family businesses and integrate them into the tide of modern market economy has become an important issue that must be faced by the healthy development of China’s economy.
