伟人已去音容在,一篇文章诉情怀。2015年6月13日,陈云诞辰110周年。陈云同志是以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党的第一代中央领导集体和以邓小平为核心的中国共产党的第二代中央领导集体的重要成员,他不仅是一位伟大的革命家、政治家,而且是新中国经济建设、财经工作和税收事业的开创者、奠基人之一。值此陈云同志诞辰110周年之际,本刊和作者为大家奉献《新中国税收事业的开创者和奠基人》这篇文章,追忆他在新中国成立初期对税制建设和税务干部队伍建设的重大贡献,以此表达税务人员对老领导的无限思念和感激之情。
