针对锥齿轮传动优化设计过程复杂和效率低下的问题,提出一种基于遗传算法和.NET平台的锥齿轮传动优化设计方案.首先探讨基于遗传算法和.NET平台的优化设计系统关键技术,即研究B/S模式下的优化系统框架结构,建立基于模糊可靠度遗传算法的锥齿轮传动优化设计数学模型,搭建连接客户端与MATLAB中m文件的项目文件;然后结合实例完成锥齿轮传动优化设计;最后对优化系统的设计结果进行分析,验证了系统可以高效完成锥齿轮传动的优化设计.
Aiming at the problem of the complicated and inefficient process of bevel gear drive optimization design, this paper presents a design scheme of bevel gear drive based on genetic algorithm and .NET platform.Firstly, the key technology of optimization design system based on genetic algorithm and .NET platform is discussed, B / S mode optimization system framework, the establishment of mathematical model based on fuzzy reliability genetic algorithm optimization design of bevel gear drive to build client and MATLAB file to connect the project file; and then combined with an example to complete the bevel gear drive optimization design; Finally, the design results of the optimization system are analyzed to verify that the system can efficiently optimize the bevel gear drive.
