我们正在建设具有中国特色的充满生机和活力的社会主义市场经济体制。为了使有中国特色社会主义市场经济健康发展,必须规范市场经济行为,这是有中国特色社会主义市场经济健康发展的重要保证。而规范市场经济,离不开完备的法律规范,也离不开有效的道德支撑和约束。就是说,要用法律规范去约束参与市场经济行为的主体;同时还要靠道德,也就是说,参与市场经济行为的主体要自觉的去遵守市场经济运行的规则。由此可见,道德在规范市场经济行为中不是可有可无的东西,而是保证市场经济健康有序发展的重要环节。
We are building a vigorous and viable socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. In order to make the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics develop healthily, we must standardize the market economy. This is an important guarantee for the healthy development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. However, to standardize the market economy can not be separated from the complete legal norms and can not be separated from effective moral support and restraint. In other words, it is necessary to use legal norms to restrain the main body that participates in the market economic activities; meanwhile, we must rely on morality. That is to say, the main body that participates in the market economic activities should conscientiously abide by the rules of market economy operation. Thus, morality is not an indispensable thing in regulating market economy behavior, but an important part of ensuring a healthy and orderly development of the market economy.
