目的探讨分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用价值。方法 50例口腔正畸患者均接受微型种植体支抗治疗,观察临床效果。结果 50例患者经过9个月的治疗,患者耐受了微型种植体,矫治结束后,正畸患者上中切牙倾斜差为(27.6±7.1)°,上中切牙凸距离为(4.01±1.60)mm,磨牙移位(3.71±0.32)mm,均达到正常的覆牙合、覆盖,面形良好,无感染,无明显不适感。结论采用微型种植体对口腔正畸实施治疗,实现对该类病症临床疗效的保障,很好的解决了在以往治疗中需患者极短配合等问题,且具备操作简单、稳定性好等特点。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics. Methods 50 cases of oral orthodontic patients were treated with micro-implant supportive therapy, to observe the clinical effect. Results After 50 months of treatment, the patients were tolerated with micro-implants. After correction, the incisive inclination of upper incisors was (27.6 ± 7.1) ° and the distance of upper incisors was (4.01 ± 1.60) mm, molars shift (3.71 ± 0.32) mm, all reached normal overbite, covering, good shape, no infection, no obvious discomfort. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment with micro-implants is an effective way to ensure the clinical curative effect of these diseases. It is a good solution to the problem of patients needing very short cooperation in previous treatment and has the advantages of simple operation and good stability.
