目的研究热牙胶垂直加压技术对弯曲根管的根尖封闭性能。方法 38°标准弯曲度的透明树脂模型36个,通过Protaper机采用镍钛器械进行预备,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组18个。实验组采用热牙胶垂直加压技术,对照组采用传统冷牙胶侧压充填法,比较两组染料染色后7、30 d的根尖染色线长度。结果染料染色后7 d,实验组与对照组根尖染色线长度分别为(1.59±0.65)mm、(1.90±0.54)mm,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);染色后30 d,实验组与对照组根尖染色线长度分别为(1.78±0.48)mm、(2.89±0.37)mm,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压技术与冷牙胶侧压充填技术对弯曲根管根尖封闭性的影响短期内没有明显区别,但较长时间后热牙胶垂直加压技术对弯曲根管根尖封闭性更优于冷牙胶侧压充填技术,可作为临床首选。
Objective To study the apical sealing ability of hot-toothed vertical root canal compression technique. Methods Thirty-six transparent resin models with 38 ° standard curvature were prepared with Ni-Ti instruments by Protaper and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 18 in each group. In the experimental group, hot gutta percha vertical compression technique was used. In the control group, the traditional cold gutta - percha lateral pressure filling method was used to compare the length of the root tip dyed lines at 7 and 30 d after dyeing. Results At 7 days after dyeing, the lengths of the root tips of the experimental group and the control group were (1.59 ± 0.65) mm and (1.90 ± 0.54) mm, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) The length of apical staining line in experimental group and control group were (1.78 ± 0.48) mm and (2.89 ± 0.37) mm respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions There is no obvious difference in the apical sealability of the curved root canals between the vertical and horizontal pre-crowns with hot-toothache and the vertical filling with cold-toothed sealant in the short term. However, Closure better than the cold side of the plastic pressure filling technology, can be used as clinical choice.
