矽肺合并结核是尘肺病的主要死因之一。本文收集了我市1958—1986年历次粉尘作业工人健康检查资料。28年累计检出尘肺病479例(本文看到的是按1986年新标准重新进行诊断的),其中矽肺合并结核207例,经过长期追踪观察,除作一般统计外,还用寿命表法进行了分析,以探讨尘肺合并结核的生存率。
Silicosis Tuberculosis is one of the major causes of pneumoconiosis. This article collected the city from 1958 to 1986 the previous dust workers health check-up information. A total of 479 cases of pneumoconiosis were detected in 28 years (in this paper, we re-diagnosed according to the new standard in 1986). Among them, 207 cases of silicosis complicated with tuberculosis, after long-term follow-up observation, except for general statistics, Analysis to explore the survival rate of pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis.
