随着国家倡导发展职业教育,高职教育迎来发展的最好时机。发展需要改革和创新,改革创新需要迎合社会需求。如何探寻一条符合高职特点的改革策略,帮助高职教育稳步发展,成为当前的一大课题。本文认为,高职改革应以社会对人才的需求为导向,创新改革高职教育教学管理模式,培养兼具技能型、创新型、实践型、个性化的高素质人才,达到学校、社会和学生为一体共同健康持续发展的目标。
As the country advocates the development of vocational education, higher vocational education usher in the best time for development.
