为了更好地发挥预算定额在水电工程投资控制方面的作用,同时满足业内单位对水电工程技术经济指标分析的需要,水电水利规划设计总院、中国电力企业联合会水电建设定额站联合印发了《水电建筑工程预算定额(2004年版)》。新版预算定额在充分考虑水电工程应用新技术、新工艺和新方法的基础上,对定额章节的结构和定额的计量与计价等方面作了部分调整。在定额章节的结构方面增加了部分章节和子目,在定额计量和计价方面与原水电建筑工程预算定额也有所不同。
In order to give full play to the role of budget quota in investment control of hydropower projects and meet the needs of industry units in analyzing the technical and economic indicators of hydropower projects, the Hydropower & Water Resources Planning and Design Institute and the China National Electricity Council jointly issued the “ Hydropower construction budget fixed (2004 version) ”. Based on the full consideration of new technologies, new techniques and new methods applied in hydropower projects, the new budget quotas have been partially adjusted in terms of the measurement and valuation of the structure and quotas of quotas. Some chapters and subheadings have been added to the structure of the quota section, which is also different from that of the original hydropower construction project in terms of quota measurement and pricing.
