党的十七届四中全会《决定》指出,坚决反对腐败,是党必须始终抓好的重大政治任务。必须充分认识反腐败斗争的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性,把反腐倡廉建设放在更加突出的位置,坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针,严格执行党风廉政建设责任制,在坚决惩治腐败的同时加大教育、监督、改革、制度创新力度,更有效地预防腐败,加快推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设,深入开展反腐败斗争。
The “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that resolutely opposing corruption is a major political task that the party must always grasp well. We must fully recognize the long-term, complex and arduous nature of the fight against corruption and put anti-corruption and building a clean government on a more prominent position. We must adhere to the principle of tackling both the symptoms and the problem, comprehensively treating both punishment and prevention, pay attention to prevention, and strictly enforce the style of building a clean government We must increase education, supervision, reform and institutional innovation while resolutely punishing corruption, prevent corruption more effectively, accelerate the construction of a system of punishment and prevention of corruption, and launch an anti-corruption struggle in depth.
