加强党员经常性教育管理,应以思想引领为根本,以德为先,强化管理,分类指导,不断改进作风,努力培育一支政治素质优、岗位技能优、工作业绩优、群众评价优的党员队伍。为适应建设具有国际竞争力的世界一流企业的目标要求,着眼于提高引领和推动科学发展能力,必须进一步研究新形势下党员经常性教育管理工作的特点和规律,改进教育管理的方式方法,加强党员经常性教育管理。
