１９９４年３～１２月，在诱发超排卵条件下，经腹腔镜共进行１６例１６周期配子输卵管内移植（ＧＩＦＴ），临床妊娠７例，临床妊娠率为４３．８％（７／１６）。其中单胎６例，三胞胎１例；第１例ＧＩＦＴ婴儿于１９９５年１月１４日经剖宫产分娩，为一女婴，体重２７００ｇ，身长５１ｃｍ，体检无异常。该婴儿为我国大陆首例腹腔镜下配子输卵管内移植婴儿。
From March to December 1994, 16 cases of 16 cycles of intra-ovarian transplantation (GIFT) and 7 clinical pregnancies were performed by laparoscopy under the condition of induced hyperstimulation. The clinical pregnancy rate was 43.8% (7/16). Among them, 6 were singletons and 1 was triplets. The first case of GIFT infants was delivered by cesarean section on January 14, 1995. It was a baby girl weighing 2700g and 51cm in length without any physical examination. The baby is the first laparoscopic gametophyte in tubal transplantation in China.
