本文用半导体激光治疗面神经麻痹237例。男性138例,女性99例。左侧面瘫113例,右侧面瘫120例,双侧面瘫4例。采用长春光机学院生产的半导体激光穴位治疗仪,工作物质为砷化镓。波长9000(A),脉冲输出,平均功率4～6mw,脉冲峰值8mM。脉冲波宽>500ms,光束直径<2mm,照射穴位:医风、四白、阳白、地仓。剂量:1～3mw,每穴照射50～60秒,每天一次。7～10次一疗程,一般一疗程,少数病例2～4疗程,疗程间隔不短于两周,治疗结果: 病人经激光照射1～2次后多有自觉症状改善,如患侧脸部胀、紧感减轻或消失,口唇与额肌可主动活动,颜面部麻感消失。一般一疗程面肌功能恢复,面部外观正常。平均治愈天数11.7天。治愈率88.
