采用经颅多普勒超声对120例椎—基底动脉缺血性眩晕和对照组50例中老年健康人进行颅内动脉检测,结果发现缺血性眩晕患者63.3%异常,且发作期异常率(87.5%)高于缓解期(47.2%)。主要表现为椎—基底动脉血流速度增高或减低。可能由于血管狭窄或和血管痉挛所致。为研究缺血性眩晕的血液动力学改变,为本病的临床诊断、观察病情、指导治疗提供了较理想的非创伤性的检测手段。
Transcranial Doppler ultrasound in 120 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo and control group, 50 cases of middle-aged and elderly healthy people were detected by intracranial artery and found that 63.3% of patients with ischemic vertigo were abnormal, and the abnormal rate of attack ( 87.5%) higher than the remission (47.2%). Mainly as vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity increased or decreased. May be due to vascular stenosis or vasospasm caused. In order to study the hemodynamic changes of ischemic vertigo, it provides an ideal non-invasive detection method for the clinical diagnosis, observation of the disease, and guidance and treatment of the disease.
