用聚吡咯修饰电极间接测定了正痛片中乙酰水杨酸的含量,讨论了该方法可行性。用该电极测定正痛片中乙酰水杨酸的结果表明,此法测定速度快,重现性好,避免了在萃取过程中乙酰水杨酸的消耗。
The polypyrrole modified electrode was used to determine the content of acetylsalicylic acid in Zhengtong Tablets. The feasibility of this method was discussed. The result of determination of acetylsalicylic acid in Zhengtong tablets by this electrode shows that this method has the advantages of fast determination and good reproducibility, and avoids the consumption of acetylsalicylic acid during extraction.
