我厂车工老师傅设计了如图1所示的旋转刀夹;采用这种刀夹在车床上加工零件时,能够节省辅助时间,使用效果良好。现把它介绍出来,供有关兄弟厂参考。图中1是刀体。2是圆盘,用螺栓6和螺帽7固定在刀体1上。圆盘2的端面上(和刀体接触的那个端面)开有4个均布的定位孔;定位销3就嵌在孔中。4是弹簧,5是滚花螺帽。圆盘2的另一端面开有十字槽,车刀就装在这个槽内,并用方头螺钉9固定。8是手柄,装在螺帽7上。
I plant car mechanics designed the rotary tool holder shown in Figure 1; the use of this tool holder in the lathe machining parts, can save auxiliary time, the use of good results. Now introduce it for reference to the brothers plant. Figure 1 is the body. 2 is a disc, with bolts 6 and nuts 7 is fixed to the body 1. On the end face of the disk 2 (the end face in contact with the cutter body), there are four uniformly arranged positioning holes; the positioning pins 3 are fitted in the holes. 4 is a spring, 5 is a knurled nut. The other end face of the disc 2 is provided with a cross slot, the lathe is installed in the slot, and the square head screw 9 is fixed. 8 is the handle, mounted on the nut 7.
