一、前言采用环氧树脂作为一种粘结剂应用于冷冲模具的凸凹模固定、导套固定和导板的型腔浇注等方面,我厂是从一九六六年开始的。几年来经过一系列的摸索和试验,我们又把这项新工艺用于大电机扇形模、JO_22~#—6~#定转子复式模、微型电机、风扇等几十套定转子复式模的冲头固定、脱料板的型腔浇注以及冲制2～4毫米厚钢板的多孔模冲头固定。实践证明,环氧树脂具有很高的粘结力,其机械性能能够满足工艺使用要求。
