用真空双源蒸镀法在NaCl和Si单晶衬底上制备Fe,Dy成分调制多层膜.研究了非晶膜晶化过程,等温退火后多层膜结构及磁性变化。结果表明,在200℃以下退火,其沉积态非晶和成分调制结构几乎不变;300℃开始晶化,首先出现Fe晶核,随温度升高,Fe,Dy逐步晶化,600℃全部形成晶态bcc-Fe和hcp-Dy.饱和磁化强度Ms对非晶Fe,Dy膜晶化时Fe晶核的形成十分散感,而只有Fe晶粒的长大才导致矫顽力Hc增加.
Preparation of multilayers of Fe and Dy components on a single crystal substrate of NaCl and Si by vacuum double source evaporation. The crystallization process of amorphous film, the structure and magnetic change of multilayer film after isothermal annealing were studied. The results show that the as-deposited amorphous structure and the composition of the composition do not change much at annealing below 200 ℃. At 300 ℃, the first Fe nuclei appear. With increasing temperature, Fe and Dy crystallize gradually, forming at 600 ℃ Crystalline bcc-Fe and hcp-Dy. The saturation magnetization Ms is very loosely distributed on the formation of Fe nuclei during the crystallization of amorphous Fe and Dy films. However, only the growth of Fe grains leads to the increase of coercivity Hc.
