采用单层析与双层析法分别对新型心肌显像剂 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 的放化纯度进行了分析。结果表明 ,双层析法对 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 及杂质的分离较为迅速、准确 ,可作为 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 放化纯度分析的较佳方法。
The radiochemical purity of the novel myocardial imaging agent 99Tcm N (NOEt) 2 was analyzed by single and double chromatography. The results showed that the separation of 99Tcm N (NOEt) 2 and impurities by dual - chromatography was rapid and accurate, which could be used as a better method for radiochemical purity of 99Tcm N (NOEt) 2.
