目的比较中西药联合治疗与单纯西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及氧化应激水平。方法将90例伴有周围神经病变的糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各45例。试验组使用中西药联合用药方式治疗,对照组使用单纯西药进行治疗,疗程为4周。对比观察2组患者治疗总有效率及运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的变化。结果试验组总有效率为95.56%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者腓总神经、尺神经、正中神经的MNCV和SNCV均较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后试验组上述指标均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者血清SOD水平均明显高于治疗前,且试验组升高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西药联合用药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较单纯采用西药治疗效果好。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and oxidative stress in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with western medicine and western medicine alone. Methods Ninety diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases each. The experimental group was treated with western medicine and western medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine only for 4 weeks. The total effective rate and the changes of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%, P <0.05). MNCV and SNCV of the common peroneal nerve, ulnar nerve and median nerve increased in both groups compared with before treatment, (P <0.05). After treatment, the above indexes in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). After treatment, serum SOD levels of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the experimental group increased more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Western medicine combined with drug treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy than Western medicine alone is effective.
