“师徒制”是高职高专、中职中专提高教学效果的主要手段之一,师徒传授式教学也是教学创新的产物。通过对“师徒制”教育模式的概念以及内涵进行分析,可以发现在部分中职中专、高职高校等院校具体实施“师徒制”教学的过程中,仍然存在义务指导工作不到位,“师徒”只流于形式等问题。“师徒制”教育模式的落实首先应该强化宣传“师徒制”教学理念的力度,以此提高教师的素质涵养,制定个性化培养方案,保证“师徒制”教学模式的有效落实,希望此观点和建议可以对职业院校的教育改革起到帮助作用。
