丁××女34岁安徽省人1987年10月28日初诊。左眼视力模糊,鼻塞头昏一月余。眼部检查:视力右1.5,左0.8—1.75球=1.2。双眼前节及眼底检查均正常。全身情况,除鼻腔后鼻道有脓性分泌物外余无特殊,左眼近视。11月17日复诊时除视力不好鼻塞加重,有时鼻衄。鼻科会诊诊断为副鼻窦炎。11月20日左眼视力0.6—1.75D0.7。平面视野检查,左眼颞侧与生理盲点之间3～5°的傍中心暗点。诊断为“球后视神经炎”。用激素、维生素、抗生素、血管扩张剂等治疗。12月20日左眼视力0.9,
