目的 :观察 Bm K- 9- (2 )对成年豚鼠心肌收缩性能和心肌细胞动作电位的影响。方法 :Langendoff离体心脏灌流法 ,悬浮玻璃微电极法。结果 :左室最大收缩压 (LVSP)、左室内压的最大升降速率 (± dp/dtmax)明显增加 ,动作电位幅值 (APA)、超射 (OS)、最大除极速度 (Vmax)、复极50 %及 90 %水平的动作电位时程 (APD50 、APD90 )等动作电位参数均增加。结论 :Bm K- 9- (2 )对心肌有正性肌力作用 ,Bm K- 9- (2 )可使心肌细胞动作电位除极参数增加 ,动作电位时程延长 ,提示Bm K- 9- (2 )可能对 Na+通道有激动作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Bm K-9-(2) on myocardial contractility and action potential of cardiomyocytes in adult guinea pigs. Methods: Langendoff isolated heart perfusion method, suspended glass microelectrode method. Results: The left ventricular maximum systolic pressure (LVSP), the maximum rate of left intraventricular pressure (± dp/dtmax) increased significantly, and the action potential amplitude (APA), overshoot (OS), maximum depolarization velocity (Vmax), and recovery Action potential parameters such as the action potential duration (APD50, APD90) at the extreme 50% and 90% levels increased. Conclusion: Bm K-9-(2) has a positive inotropic effect on the myocardium. Bm K-9-(2) can increase the action potential depolarization parameter of myocardium and prolong the action potential duration, suggesting Bm K-9-(2). (2) May have an agonistic effect on Na+ channels
