鲜牛奶是人们喜爱的一种饮料,但是近年来由于种种原因,发现掺杂情况较为严重。这对乳品加工带来很大困难,也影响产品质量,更危害人民健康。用牛奶比重计法鉴定牛奶的质量,不能有效地判断其质量是否符合要求。而化学方法呢,尽管能鉴定出掺入的杂质,但它的致命弱点是操作烦,速度又慢,无法应用于实际收购工作中,因此寻找简便的,能应用于生产实际的鉴定鲜牛奶质量的方法已成为急需解决的问题。本文应用微扰原理对谐振腔的Q值及频偏作了测定,结果表明,微波对油脂、糖、尿素NaHCo_3等都有明显的分辨率。因此,应用微波技术分析鉴定鲜牛奶的质量具有一定的现实意义。
Fresh milk is a favorite beverage, but in recent years due to various reasons, doping is more serious. This brings great difficulties to the dairy processing, but also affects the product quality and harms the people’s health. Milk gravimetric method to identify the quality, can not effectively determine whether its quality meets the requirements. The chemical method, though able to identify the incorporation of impurities, but its fatal weakness is the operation annoying, slow and can not be applied to the actual acquisition of the work, so looking for simple, can be applied to the production of the actual identification of fresh milk quality The method has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, we use the perturbation principle to determine the Q value and frequency deviation of the resonator. The results show that the microwave has obvious resolution on the oil, sugar and urea NaHCO3. Therefore, the application of microwave technology to identify the quality of fresh milk has some practical significance.
