党的十六大,是我们党在新世纪召开的第一次全国代表大会,也是我们党在开始实施社会主义现代化建设第三步战略部署的新形势下召开的一次十分重要的代表大会。认真学习贯彻十六大精神,是全党当前和今后一个时期的首要政治任务。十六大精神非常丰富,十六大报告博大精深,学习十六大精神是一项长期的任务。学习十六大应该是宏观与微观的结合,既从大处着眼,又从小处着手,才能得要领、学得深入,学得扎实。现就初学十六大的精神,参考有关文件和学习材料,结合自己的理解,从宏观的角度谈点粗浅的认识和体会。
