With the in-depth development of the new round of curriculum reform, the majority of teachers are paying more and more attention to the guidance function of grass-roots teaching and research departments, and have high expectations for teaching and research personnel. How to strengthen the establishment of grass-roots teaching and research institutions and improve the overall quality of teaching and research personnel is a question worthy of discussion. To this end, the editorial department of “Yunnan Education” invited the heads of teaching and research institutions in some counties (districts) of our province to teach themselves and strengthen their own teaching and research institutions.
