目的探讨北京市怀柔地区公安系统健康体检者脂代谢异常的现状。方法在2011年5月期间对怀柔地区公安系统808例健康体检者抽取静脉血进行血脂检查,检测项目主要为总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),分析脂代谢异常情况。结果 (1)808例体检者其中TC异常者有18.69%,TG异常者有21.91%,LDL-C异常者有2.60%,HDL-C异常者有14.98%,脂代谢异常者266例,占体检者总数的32.92%。(2)男性主要以TG异常为主,异常率最高为26.21%,女性主要以TC异常为主,异常率最高为9.09%。男性TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C4项脂代谢指标异常率及总脂代谢异常率明显高于女性,其中TG、HDL-C、脂代谢异常发生率在不同性别间比较差异有统计学意义(t=29.20,t=13.79,t=23.46,均P﹤0.05),TC及LDL-C异常率虽然男性高于女性,但是异常率之间比较差异无统计学意义(t=3.53,t=1.55,均P﹥0.05)。(3)随着年龄段增加,脂代谢异常率明显增加,其中50岁以后脂代谢异常率高达58.43%。结论怀柔地区公安系统健康体检者中脂代谢异常发生率较高,应加强对容易引起脂代谢异常的相关因素的控制,定期体检监测血脂水平,合理防治。
Objective To investigate the status of abnormal lipid metabolism in health examination of public security system in Huairou district of Beijing. Methods Blood samples were collected from 808 healthy subjects in Huairou district during May 2011 for venous blood. The items of TC, TC, LDL-C, , High-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), analysis of abnormal lipid metabolism. Results (1) Among 808 cases, 18.69% were abnormal in TC, 21.91% were in abnormal TG, 2.60% were in abnormal LDL-C, 14.98% were in HDL-C abnormal, 266 cases were abnormal in lipid metabolism The total number of 32.92%. (2) The prevalence of TG in males was mainly male, with the highest abnormal rate of 26.21%. The main abnormality of females was TC with the highest abnormal rate of 9.09%. The abnormal rates of lipid metabolism and total lipid metabolism in male subjects with TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C4 were significantly higher than those in women. The prevalence of abnormal TG, HDL-C and lipid metabolism was statistically different among different sexes (T = 29.20, t = 13.79, t = 23.46, all P <0.05). Although the abnormal rates of TC and LDL-C were higher in males than in females, there was no significant difference in abnormal rates (t = 3.53, t = 1.55, all P> 0.05). (3) With the increase of age, the abnormal rate of lipid metabolism increased obviously, and the abnormal rate of lipid metabolism after the age of 50 was as high as 58.43%. Conclusions The prevalence of abnormal lipid metabolism in health examination subjects in public security system in Huairou is higher. The control of the related factors that may easily lead to abnormal lipid metabolism should be strengthened. Blood lipid levels should be regularly monitored and controlled appropriately.
