弹性流体动力润滑(EHL)是当今摩擦学学科中的新的润滑理论。文中阐述了弹流润滑理论的发展史和全膜弹流润滑理论在点接触、线接触的传动设计中的应用。如在齿轮传动中相啮合的齿面以及滚珠轴承的滚动体和内外圈等摩擦付间,形成足够厚度的弹流润滑油膜就能大大提高零件的抗点蚀能力,减少零件的磨损。所以弹流润滑油膜已成为当今在机械传动设计中,评价传动能力和寿命的主要指标之一。本文对从事机械设计、制造等有关工程技术人员了解掌握和应用这门新的润滑技术有一定的指导作用。
Elucidated hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) is a new lubrication theory in tribology today. The paper expounds the application history of the history of the EHL theory and the theory of EHL lubrication in the design of point contact and line contact transmission.
