如何进一步发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用、党员干部骨干带头作用和广大党员先锋模范作用,更好地促进学校办学质效的提升,这是每一名党员教师需要深刻思考的问题。学校以党支部“五个好”及党员“五带头”为总体要求,积极探究践行“三结对”活动即“党群结对”、“师生结对”、“组织结对”来落实开展学校各项工作。本文从以下几方面总结“三结对”开展的基于实践的探索和初步成效。
How to further play the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress, the leading role of party members and cadres in the backbone and the vanguard and exemplary role of the majority of party members to better promote the quality of school running, which is a question that every party member teacher needs profound thinking. In order to meet the overall requirements of the party branch, the “Five Good” Party Members and the “Five Leading Leaders”, the school actively explored the practice of “three knot pairs”, that is, “party-group unity”, “teacher-student matching” , “Organization match ” to carry out the work of the school. This article summarizes the practice-based exploration and preliminary results from the following three aspects.
