木耳是木腐真菌。只有了解了木耳的生理特性,采用适当栽培措施,满足它的生长发育需要,才能最大程度地发挥其遗传潜力,获得高产。因此,研究木耳的营养生理,不仅具有生物学上的理论价值,而且更为重要的是指导生产实践。近年来,国内外有关这方面的指导比以往大大增加。在国外,主要有东南亚的菲律宾、泰国等,我国台湾省在这方面的研究进展也较快。为了交流国内外在这方面的工作情况,现就影响木耳生育的营养物质和环境因子介绍如下: 一、营养物质
