目的探究磷钨酸镁沉淀法在高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)患者标本生化检验前是否能消除标本重度乳糜状态以及是否对生化检验的结果造成影响。方法取35例HLAP患者外观正常的血清标本分别在经磷钨酸镁试剂处理和未经磷钨酸镁试剂处理后的各项生化检验结果作相关性分析;模拟重度乳糜状a态的血清标本做回收实验,分析各生化项目结果的回收率。结果除二氧化碳结合力(CO_2CP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)外,钾离子(K~+)、钠离子(Na~+)、钙离子(Ca_2~+)、氯离子(Cl~-)、血糖浓度(GLU)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、淀粉酶(AMY)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆汁酸(tTBA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)均能得出正确的检验结果,且呈显著的线性相关,拟合曲线的显著性检验结果均为P<0.05。回收实验得到回收率为92.17%~107.09%。结论磷钨酸镁沉淀法能有效消除HLAP患者血清标本的重度乳糜状态,并且对各项生化检验的结果不会造成干扰,适合在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate whether magnesium phosphotungstate precipitation can eliminate the severe chylemy of the specimen before biochemical test in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP) and whether it affects the result of biochemical test. Methods Serum samples from 35 patients with normal appearance of HLAP were respectively analyzed by biochemical test results after treatment with magnesium phosphotungstate reagent and without magnesium phosphotungstic acid reagent; Do recycling experiments, analysis of biochemical results of the project recovery rate. Results In addition to CO 2 CP and CRP, there was no significant difference between the two groups in K +, Na +, Ca 2+, Cl-, GLU, Urea, creatinine (UA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyl transferase , AMY, ALP, CHE, TP, Alb, tBAA, CK, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) were able to get the correct test results, and showed a significant linear correlation, the fitting curve of the significance test results were P <0.05. Recovery experiment recovery rate was 92.17% ~ 107.09%. Conclusion Magnesium phosphotungstic acid precipitation method can effectively eliminate the severe chyme state of HLAP serum samples, and will not cause any interference to the biochemical test results, so it is suitable for clinical use.
