为探讨微电解水杀菌效果,在自来水、6种自来水的蒸馏水稀释液、无氯配水及蒸馏水中分别加大肠杆菌后又分别电解10min,得到99.9%~99.9999%的杀菌率,有滞后(持续作用)效应。单纯用蒸馏水先电解10min再加大肠杆菌接触30min,也得到85%~99.9%的杀菌率,也有滞后效应,以上各种介质经电解均有好的杀菌效果。其杀菌机制是微电解水产生活性氧具有杀菌作用。
