党的十二届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》,明确了我国社会主义经济是在生产资料公有制基础上有计划的商品经济,这是在经济理论上的重大突破,解决了多年来争论而未解决的一个根本性的问题。这对于推动我国的经济体制改革,充分发展社会主义的商品生产,加速我国社会主义现代化建设,将产生极其深远的影响。在这里,我想谈谈与商品经济有关的木材市场问题。
