本刊讯:日前,《江西省中小学法治教师和法治辅导员配备管理暂行规定》出台,要求今年年底之前要完成中小学法治副校长的配备等工作;明年年底之前,中小学要完成法治教师和法治辅导员配备。江西提出,法治教师应当从本校具有法律专业的教师或语文、政治、历史等专业教师中选聘,可以专职也可以兼职。原则上市属和县城(区)的普通中学和九年一贯制学校每校不少于2至3名,市属和县城(区)的小学和农村乡镇的初级中学、中心小学每校不少于1至2名。法治教师主要协助校长、法治副校长制定学校年度法治课程教育计划,开设法治教育课程:负责承担法治教学大纲规定的相关课
