哮喘患者经过敏原吸入激发后常出现两种气道收缩变化,多数为单纯速发反应型(SER),少数为迟发型(LPR),其机理尚不清楚。为此,作者通过测定哮喘患者的T 细胞亚群,以验证调节性T 细胞是否在决定LPR 型的表达方面起作用.
Two types of airway constriction often appear in asthmatic patients after allergen inhalation. Most of them are pure quick response (SER) and a few are delayed type (LPR). The mechanism is not clear. For this reason, the authors determined whether Treg cells regulate the expression of LPR by measuring T cell subsets in asthmatic patients.
