本文对553名煤矿井下工人最大呼气流速——容量曲线(MEFV)的调查,其结果:V_(50)、V_(25)、MMEF等项指标分别与年龄、尘龄呈负相关(P<0.01、P<0.05);求得V_(50)、V_(25)、MMEF与年龄、尘龄的回归方程式;0~Ⅰ和Ⅰ期尘肺病人已存在小气道功能的损害,其中V_(50)、V_(25)随肺部纤维化病变加重而呈减低的趋势(P<0.01)。为此,认为对尘肺病人作肺功能评价时,应注意到小气道功能的损害。吸烟与否两者最大呼气流速——容量曲线各指标无显著性差异。
In this paper, we investigated the maximal expiratory flow velocity-volume curve (MEFV) of 553 underground mine workers. The results showed that V 50, V 25 and MMEF were negatively correlated with age and dust age (P < (P <0.01, P <0.05). The regression equations of V 50, V 25, MMEF and age and dust age were obtained. The damage of small airway function existed in 0 ~ Ⅰ and Ⅰ pneumoconiosis patients, , V_ (25) decreased with the increase of pulmonary fibrosis lesions (P <0.01). For this reason, consider pulmonary function evaluation for patients with pneumoconiosis, should pay attention to the damage of small airway function. Smoking or not the maximum expiratory flow rate of both - capacity curve of each index no significant difference.
