自6月1日起,最高人民法院关于审理商品房买卖合同纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释开始施行。司法解释的出台,不仅对买房人多了一个保护武器,而且对开发商也敲醒了警钟。那么该解释实施后,买房者应如何利用解释保护自己权益,开发商对此应注意些什么,以及该解释出台对北京开发商和买房人都会产生什么影响?为此,记者走访了北京市国土房管局法规处丁世华处长。
