文章以某食品连锁有限公司为例,通过对该公司人本管理现状的分析,发现其人本管理过程中存在的问题,并根据其实际所处的情况提出具有针对性的解决措施,希望为其在人本管理中提供参考和建议。
Taking a foodstuff chain company as an example, through the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in this company, this article finds out the problems existing in the process of humanistic management and puts forward some countermeasures according to the actual situation.
