培养初中生写作能力,对于中学教师来说是一个重要的课题。如何让一名不喜欢写作文的学生爱上写作,如何让喜爱写作的学生提高写作水平,如何做学生家长的思想工作,以便使家长能够积极配合学校写作教学活动等等问题都是教师需要认真研究,考量并落实的教学工作。经过多年的教育教学活动,笔者认为,只要教师在教学过程当中努力做到如下几点,相信学生的写作能力一定会有大的飞跃。一、热爱文学写作是作为教师从事语文教学的重要前提条件
