教师职业道德是教师从业必备的一种基本素质,对于幼儿教师来说,其师德水平的高低更是直接关系到我国幼儿教育事业的全面发展。本文以幼儿教师师德的职前培养为落脚点,试图提出可供广大幼儿师范院校参考的建构幼师生师德素质的教育策略。
Professional ethics of teachers is a basic quality of teachers’ professional needs. For kindergarten teachers, the level of their morality is directly related to the comprehensive development of preschool education in our country. Based on the pre-service training of preschool teacher’s morality, this article attempts to put forward the educational strategy of building the quality of preschool teacher-student morality for the reference of the majority of preschool teachers.
