五常县在省扫盲电话会议后,县委县政府加强了各级扫盲组织建设,调整完善了各级扫盲组织机构、县扫盲领导小组由主管教育的副县长任组长,教育、妇联、共青团、武装部、农业、广播、科委、科协等有关部门为成员。各乡镇也都完善了相应的组织机构。各村也建立了由村长任组长,有关人员参加的领导小组,各村小学都指定专人抓扫盲工作。全县层层召开了扫盲工作联席会议,研究解决了扫盲工作中存在的一些实际问题。县、乡镇都开
