我们襄樊是发展中城市,中小企业多,布局分散,“小而全”问题突出;为数不多的大型企业虽有一定的实力,但也有一个改造和发展的任务。在当前治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序,压缩基建投资,原材料计划一块缩小,市场一块逐步扩大的情况下,如何依靠自身的力量,增强企业自我消化能力,求得工业经济的稳步发展?我们认为,发展工业规模经济是一条切实可行的路子。
We Xiangfan is a developing city, with many small and medium-sized enterprises, scattered layout and prominent problems of “small but complete”. Although a few large-scale enterprises have some strength, they also have a task of transformation and development. How to rely on its own strength to enhance the self-digestion capacity of enterprises and achieve the steady development of industrial economy under the current circumstances of governing the economic environment, straightening out the economic order, compressing capital investment, reducing the raw material plan and gradually expanding the market? In our opinion, The development of industrial economies of scale is a feasible way.
