通过对原发性肝细胞癌细胞凋亡的研究,探讨其生物学及临床意义,采用细胞凋亡的原位末端标记技术,检测了 17 例正常肝组织(包括癌周边肝组织)及 18 例原发性肝细胞癌组织中的细胞凋亡情况。结果:正常肝组织及癌周边肝组织的细胞凋亡数平均值分别为 22±13 及 26±079,而肝细胞癌组织为 123±26。本结果表明:正常肝组织及肝癌周围肝组织中有较低的细胞凋亡数,而肝癌组织中有较高的细胞凋亡数,二者相比具有显著性差异, P< 0005。
By studying the apoptosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma cells and exploring its biological and clinical significance, 17 cases of normal liver tissues (including cancer surrounding liver tissues) and 18 cases were detected by in situ end-labeling technique of apoptosis. Apoptosis in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. RESULTS: The average number of apoptotic cells in normal liver tissue and adjacent liver tissues was 22±13 and 26±079 respectively, while that of hepatocellular carcinoma was 123±26. The results showed that: the normal hepatic tissue and hepatocellular carcinoma around the liver tissue has a lower number of apoptosis, while the hepatocellular carcinoma has a higher number of apoptotic cells, there is a significant difference between the two, P < 0 005.
