我省滕州市司法局西岗司法所、招远市玲珑镇司法所被司法部命名为“人民调解工作模范司法所”。他们在指导人民调解工作中探索出了很好的做法和成功的经验。“改革’川管理”并重优化工作机制针对新形势下人民调解工作出现的新情况和新问题,西岗和玲珑司法所从改革入手,创新工作机制,不断探索指导人民调解工作的新路子。两镇在分别成立镇人民调解委员会的基础上,对村(居)调委会进行整顿,充实调解小组和纠纷信息员队伍,形成覆盖全镇的矛盾纠纷排查调处网络。西岗司法所还在村级创造性开展“三室一站”(顾问单位接访室、民间纠纷调处室、调委会活动室,法律政策宣传站)建设,改革农村传统调解方式,进一步完善、充实了村级调委会。西岗司法所在对村(居)调委会主任实施“三权”(任免建议权、考核奖惩权、工资发放权)管理的基础
