目前桩西酸化工艺主要油两种:一是常规酸化,另一种是填砂或者卡封单层酸化,该工艺不能完全满足目前桩西不动管柱酸化2-3层要求,因此研究出了高温、高压分层酸化工艺管柱,该工艺较好的解决了低渗透层段非均质性及高温、高压深井的酸化工艺问题,提高老区中、低渗透层段的开发效果。
Currently, there are two major types of acidification technology in pile acidification: one is conventional acidification, and the other is sand filling or single-layer acidification by card sealing. The technology can not fully meet the current requirement of acidizing 2-3 layers of pile pipe immobile. Therefore, High temperature, high pressure stratified acidification process of the column, the process is better to solve the low permeability zone heterogeneity and high temperature, high pressure deep well acidification process problems, improve the old zone of low permeability zone development effect.
