当代教育发展仍基于功利,素质教育难以推行。初中语文教学也面临升学和教师考核压力不得已进行应试教育,语文学科的魅力不再。本文着重从心理方面论述如何激发学生学习动机,如何引导学生主动学习,从而培养学生的创新能力。
Contemporary education is still based on utilitarian development, quality education is difficult to implement. Junior high school Chinese teaching is also faced with the pressure of entrance exams and teachers’ examination. Examination-oriented education is no longer necessary. This article focuses on how to inspire students ’learning motivation from a psychological perspective, and how to guide students to take the initiative to learn, so as to cultivate students’ innovative ability.
