鉴于上级部门对杂志稿件时效性要求越来越高(从收稿至刊出时间超过380天,就失去此单项的评优资格),加之本刊稿件积压太多,故作出如下新规定:稿件自修回之日起,若一年内未刊登者一律按退稿处理,作者可改投他刊。逾期稿件如要求仍在本刊刊登,需要重新投稿,按新稿处理。以上规定适
