在分析多工位连续模进行多列排样冲压条件的基础上，研究了多列无搭边排样、组合对称冲制；介绍了常用冲裁件与各类成形冲压件的展开平毛坯进行多列排样的方法及相关参数的计算；列举了多列排样的多工位连续模的类型；介绍了常见且适用的典型结构；提出这类冲模的结构设计要点及注意事项。
Based on the analysis of the stamping conditions of multi-row continuous die for multiple rows, the multi-row unbonded cutting pattern and the combined symmetrical stamping were studied. The common flat blanks of common stamping parts and all kinds of stamping parts were introduced The method of multi-row nesting and the calculation of related parameters; the types of multi-station continuous molds with multi-row arrangement are listed; the common and applicable typical structures are introduced; the structural design points and precautions of such dies are proposed.
